CRIEFF & THE FAMOUS GROUSE EXPERIENCE

From Callander, we
head north through
Strathyre to Balquidder
and Rob Roy country.

After a brief stop in
Balquidder, we continue
by driving along
picturesque Loch Earn to
St Fillans, in time for a
short coffee stop.

Then on via Comrie, to The Famous Grouse Experience at
Glenturret Distillery. This is the oldest distillery in Scotland. You
will see traditional whisky distilling, together with state-of-the-art
technology in their BAFTA award-winning interactive show. We
stop here for lunch in the distillery's well-respected restaurant.

After lunch, a look round the Crieff visitor centre, to learn about
the drovers of years gone by and, across the road, visit Stuart
Crystal.

Finally, a chance to take a walk round one of Scotland's finest
formal gardens at Drummond Castle (to end Sept).
