FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Do you pick-up at the hotel / B&B where we are staying?
Ask the reception desk, or check with the proprietor. If they're
unsure, then call us on 01738 624333.
Generally, if your
accommodation is directly on our
route, then we
will gladly stop to
pick-up there. Just remember to
mention the
address when
booking!
2. How often do we get to stop?
We want you to enjoy your tour. For many people, that means
time spent in the fresh Highland air. We plan frequent stops,
photo opportunities and, of course, coffee and lunch stops.
3. Can I reserve a particular seat?
We run a top-of-the-range mini and midi coaches, with
panoramic windows, and everyone gets a good view.
We do not,
however, offer specific seat reservations.
4. What do we get for our money?
A tour run by a professional driver/guide, giving a commentary
whilst en-route. Transportation in a comfortable and stylish
mini and midi coaches. Unless otherwise indicated however,
entry
to
visitor
attractions
is not included in the price of your tour.
Reductions in
entry prices are, however, available at some
locations.
5. Can we bring our own lunch?
We always plan our tours so that we stop somewhere where
there is a choice for lunch. There is, however, nothing to stop you
bringing your own lunch, should you wish.
6. What facilities do you have for disabled people?
Whilst our mini and midi coaches are not wheelchair accessible,
if someone is
able to climb the steps into the vehicle, we do have
room in the
boot to store a wheelchair and our driver will, of
course, do what
he can to assist.
7. What time do we get back?
We do not publish return times as the nature of travel is that we
might sometimes be early, or occasionally be held up by traffic.
What we can promise is that our day tours are planned so that
you
will be dropped off
in time for an early evening meal, unless
otherwise stated
.
8. How much luggage can we bring with us?
We ask that people only bring one bag with them, as space is
limited.
